The campground is a brilliant destination for families, retirees and fishermen. Whilst close to Noosa, the beach campground offers a wilderness feel to the place. The popular Noosa Beach campground offers activities including camping, fishing, bush, beach walking, surfing, visiting coloured sands and more. Located on a stretch of the Cooloola Coast, this campsite sits in between Noosa and Double Island Point.

With access to the beach, you can take your 4WD vehicles down the sand stretches with beach entrance just 1km north of the park. The Noosa North Shore campground offers a wide range of space for its campers including over 40 powered sites and 45 unpowered sites available for its guests.

The park is mostly in its original natural state, so be sure to bring a torch with you whilst you stay. On the campgrounds, there is a large shared kitchen with cooking facilities, a fridge and eating areas for you to enjoy. Toilet and shower amenities are provided for you, as well as laundry facilities.

Note: Camping is not permitted on the beach or foreshore in the Noosa Region.

What to Know Before Your Stay

Bookings are essential to ensure availability. You can do this online or over the phone.

You must check-in before 6 pm. If you’re worried you might not make it in time, or there’s going to be a problem, ring the campground in the early afternoon.

Do not exceed the number booked. Ensure that your number of guest does not exceed the number of people booked. You will need prior approval and payment of fees is required for additional guests.

1 tent/caravan/campervan per booking. Please take note that there is only one tent, van or camper for every booking.

1 vehicle per booking. Along with 1 tent, van or camper, each booking is only allowed a maximum of 1 vehicle per booking.

No Pets Allowed. As there is native fauna in the park and adjoining reserve, there are no pets permitted on the campgrounds.

Unpatrolled beach. The beach is not patrolled by lifesavers, however, there is an emergency beacon.

No Fires. Gas appliances can be used for cooking and heating, however, there are no fires allowed at any time.

Do Not Feed The Wildlife. It is important to remember that these animals are wild, and you shouldn’t be feeding them.
