Dusty and Jacko built Birdsville’s first bakery from scratch in 2004. Martin Josselyn of AATT is the new owner who continues the legacy with his infamous Curried Camel Pies. Being the only bakery in Australia to sell camel pies, the Birdsville Bakery brings a real uniqueness to the market.
