Sometimes you just want a weekend away in nature without all the added stress of getting your campsite organised, pitching tents, and sleeping in a sweltering tent in summer. Thank goodness that Queensland glamping came along and let us chill out as if we were camping. Spend your mini-vacation in a plush bed, free from mozzies in your ‘tent’ and unwind in some of the most beautiful places Queensland glamping has on offer. And boy, are we spoilt for choice in Queensland.

Gordon Country

Set among mountain peaks, cliffs and ridges with  ‘Daintree like’ rain forest walks, it captures waterfalls and stunning lookouts. They have a variety of different glamping tents, set amongst the Queensland wilderness. A beautiful place to set up camp, 4WD or relax without having to lift a finger! Bushwalking paths, horse riding trails, 4WDing and a creek to cool off in, there’s something for every break you could need and only 2 hours from Brisbane.

Our visit with the Motorama 4X4XMORE club to Gordon Country is one of our faves – check it out here!
