The road to Cordillo Downs, one of Australia’s largest shearing shed, may seem like you’re travelling to the middle of nowhere but once you reach the station you’ll realise the journey was well worth the effort. Make sure you stop in at the Birdsville Bakery for one of their famous camel pies.
