I know many people will understand this feeling. It might be an invisible line but something just feels…different …when you cross a state border. I don’t know when we left QLD and crossed over into NSW but I’m sure I felt it somewhere on the Cullendore Road.
Gary Dave from ARB and I are headed for a place we had never been before but looked the goods on the map. Cullendore High Country is a working cattle property in the high country of the great divide. Owners Wendy and Stu have put a lot of love into this place over the last few years and just love to show new visitors around.
With the sun not far off heading over the hills, we decided to find a spot on which to camp which is not as easy as it’s all so amazingly beautiful. With the camp set and a fire going for the cold New England night ahead …the boys and I settle in for the show. This my friends is what it’s all about.
Don’t forget to check out Episode 4 of the Campr series for the guide to camping at Cullendore High Country.
The turnoff to Cullendore High Country is off the Warwick Killarney road. The Boys at ARB will fit you out with all the gear you’ll need for a high country adventure.
