New Lamington National Park Campgrounds Open

0

Lamington National Park is every bit as fun and an Aussie icon as the delicious Lamington cakes, and the view is just as sweet.

Gold Coast glamping just reached new heights! The iconic Green Mountains Campground is reopening on the 18th of September – just in time for school holidays! They have used the past 6 months to upgrade the site with help from the Government in a bid to begin more EcoTourism projects in Queensland. The opening of the new campgrounds will hopefully breathe new life into the region, and after checking out these new sites? We’d have to agree!

The beloved campground, now renamed O’Reilly’s, have added safari tents (2 with wheelchair access!), environmentally-friendly amenities, fireplace and camp kitchen. Don’t worry there’s still campgrounds and powered campervan sites available for all you campers out there.

Beautiful views overlooking the McPherson Range are seen from the communal camp kitchen, talk about dinner with a view! It’s right on the doorstep of O’Reilly’s Rainforest Retreat, meaning you’ll have access to all your fave experiences and adventures with new ones just waiting to be discovered.

They are currently taking bookings for the 18th of September and onwards!
